This service was amazing, they made it super convenient for me by setting up the appointment in the comfort of my own home, the testing was done thoroughly, and fairly quick. They answered all my questions with great knowledge of their field, and the rest of the process of getting my hearing aids was alot quicker than I anticipated and the product is amazing. I had to fill out a quick medical form, they sent over the estimate to my insurance, and withing no time at all I was being fitted for my hearing aids and all the things needed to maintain them. They are friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and I do not regret any part of the experience. As a musician I lost parts of my hearing when a P.A. blew up in my left ear when I was younger, so I knew there was most likely some hearing loss, but was always too affraid to have my hearing tested. It was painless, and they did most of the ground work to ensure I had everything I needed. Would definetly refer them to anyone.

From the first phone call, to picking up my hearing aids, Parnian was absolutely stellar. She guided me through everything with ease and I could not be happier with the end result. The product quality and price is excellent. No overselling or upselling, just giving you what you really need. She ensures you have extras of everything and she is only an email or phone call away. I chose to visit her in her office so I would not be distracted at home. For those who prefer home visits, she is right there to accommodate. I only wish I could add Stars to my rating.

Yesterday my 99 year old aunt was suddenly beside herself because out of the blue she could not hear anything. She was quite distraught. I called Hearing Oasis located in the medical building on Morrison in Niagara Falls and spoke with Pam. This morning Pam did a home visit with my Aunt which involved ear wax removal, full check and service of her hearing aids and the charger. My aunt is beyond pleased (as am I!!). Thank you Pam for the easy communication, advice and services!
